There are ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS-Any credit due will be issued in the form of a gift card.
FOR SERVICE/APPOINTMENTS: please contact us at least 24 hours prior to appointment to avoid loss of deposit. Late cancellations will forfeit deposit and will be required to make a new deposit to secure next appointment. A $25 Late fee applies to clients that arrive 11-20 minutes past their scheduled appointment time. Appointment is cancelled on 21st minute and client must reschedule with new deposit. Clients that are a no show may reschedule but must make a new deposit for services.
FOR TRAINING CLASSES: deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. All money received is forfeited in the event you are unable to attend class or complete balance 24 hours prior to class date.
